Job summary
PHC Europe is seeking a highly autonomous Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across Ireland for PHC Europe products and services.
You will build the territory from the ground up, engaging customers through site visits, seminars and events, and working with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Proven success in business development and sales within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a territory and customer base from the ground up.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of PHC Europe products and services, providing expert product knowledge and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and end users through site visits, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market penetration and growth within the assigned territory.
- Organise and execute promotional, marketing and business development activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and technical training to customers and stakeholders.
- Attend sales meetings to contribute to market development, product positioning and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts and action plans in partnership with the Export Manager.
