10x.Team is seeking a Freelance Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Trainer to guide and enhance AI models on a remote, EU/UK basis. 8–20 hours weekly, project-based with flexible schedule.

You will review AI-generated content, shape technology strategy, and provide senior leadership insights to improve alignment with business needs. This role is remote-first and requires strong asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge in tech strategy and executive decision-making.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week; comfortable with asynchronous, remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to executive technology management, strategic direction, and digital transformation.
• Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI suggestions on technology vision, team structure, and business alignment.
• Create real-world scenarios and case studies based on senior tech leadership experience.
• Generate scenario variations that reflect best practices, forward-thinking tech strategies, and industry standards.
• Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities in AI-generated content, providing actionable feedback to improve accuracy.
• Guide AI systems to better understand and apply CTO-level decision-making and technology leadership concepts.
