Job summary

ICON Clinical Research Ltd is seeking a Project Manager, Imaging & Cardiac in Ireland to lead end-to-end imaging project delivery within clinical trials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality imaging solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to travel roughly 35% as needed to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical imaging, life sciences or project management.
• Experience managing imaging projects within clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of imaging projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align imaging activities with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with imaging protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
