Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Group Accounting Manager to own group consolidation and IFRS accounting for a global Irish business. You will report to a Group Financial Controller and partner with Strategy, M&A and Commercial teams while taking ownership of group accounting policy and controls.

The role offers flexible working arrangements (fully remote or hybrid) and the chance to influence group-wide projects, with a strong commercial focus and opportunities to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• IFRS knowledge and group consolidation experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to group consolidation across multiple entities.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across Strategy, M&A and Commercial teams.
• Awareness of AI/automation developments in finance and related process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results for the group in line with IFRS.
• Prepare the annual group financial statements.
• Be the main contact for technical accounting queries across the group.
• Advise on accounting treatment of complex transactions and new standards.
