Job summary

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting firm, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and support cloud-native applications powering WFM, CX, and operations. You will use Java/Spring Boot for backend services and React/TypeScript for frontend experiences, with Node.js for lightweight components.

The role emphasizes hands-on development through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support, with experience in WFM/CX or contact center solutions as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including production apps.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, & testing.
• Frontend scripting with Angular/React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design & testing.
• Experience with Node.js for lightweight services & integrations.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, distributed apps.
• Strong SQL skills & data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar.
• Experience building cloud-based, containerized apps.
• Excellent communication and ability to document tech.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID/JWT & secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or similar messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React/TypeScript with responsive layouts.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.
• Design modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and OO patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services and integrations.
• Model PostgreSQL data with emphasis on integrity and performance.
• Integrate with internal/external systems via REST, webhooks, messaging.
• Containerize apps and contribute to cloud deployment patterns.
• Build Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.
• Instrument apps with logging, metrics, tracing, error reporting.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance, resilience, scalability.
• Collaborate with Product/UX/QA/DevOps in design reviews.
