Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to telecom and contact center solutions. You will work across backend and frontend, building scalable API‑first, event‑driven microservices with Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.

You will also work with Node.js where needed, design data models for PostgreSQL, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product teams. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong backend with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot).
• Solid frontend with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Node.js and REST API development.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud‑native patterns, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and and contribute to the development of solutions for telecom and contact center environments. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, and familiarity with Node.js.

You will work across backend and frontend development, contributing to scalable, API‑first, event‑driven, and microservices‑based applications. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot, modern frontend technologies, and a solid understanding of cloud‑native engineering practices.

Experience in Customer Experience (CX) solutions is a strong advantage, while Workforce Management (WFM) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices following modern distributed‑system principles.
• Develop and consume REST APIs, following an API‑first approach.
• Design and implement event‑driven architectures and integrations with external and internal systems.
• Develop frontend applications using TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Work with Node.js where required for backend services, integrations, or supporting components.
• Design and implement efficient data models and work with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Define and maintain API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Containerize applications and work with container‑based environments.
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Proven experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience developing or maintaining cloud‑based applications.
• Previous experience in contact center, or Customer Experience (CX) environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions is preferred.
• Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center platforms, routing solutions, or customer engagement technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce management processes, including forecasting, scheduling, and real‑time management.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with third‑party platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
