Qualifications

• PhD in a ML/AI/CS/Stats field or equivalent research prowess.
• Three peer‑reviewed publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR required.
• Hands-on ML/AI research experience and rigorous methodology.
• Experience reviewing papers for leading ML conferences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI research papers for scientific contributions and validity.
• Assess novelty, significance and comparison with state‑of‑the‑art methods.
• Examine experiment design, baselines, metrics, statistics and reproducibility.
• Identify flaws, unsupported claims and inconsistencies affecting validity.
• Verify evidence, citations and code implementations when available.
• Produce structured, evidence‑based evaluations with clear justification.
• Apply rubrics to maintain independent scientific judgment.
