Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run our influencer programs across key markets. You will identify creators, negotiate partnerships, and shape content to drive credible health-focused campaigns. You will estimate outcomes, measure results, and apply learnings to future initiatives.

The role blends brand and performance, requiring data-backed decisions and strong collaboration with paid media. Remote-first, Europe-wide, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on influencer/creator marketing experience, managing partnerships end to end.
• A data-driven mindset to estimate outcomes, assess performance and optimize decisions.
• Strong creative judgement about how creator content builds brand trust and demand.
• Strong negotiation skills with creators and their representatives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; German language is a plus.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices, or similar trust-driven sectors welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across platforms and markets.
• Develop campaign concepts balancing brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition to guide budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights for creator content.
• Manage partnerships end to end: briefing, review, publication, reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with paid media to amplify high-performing content.
• Track metrics and compare results with initial estimates.
• Align campaigns with health claims and company priorities.
• Build scalable processes for growth across multiple markets.
