Job summary

Connexus Recruit is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator for an established Irish healthcare business based in Dublin. You will produce and edit content, manage calendars, and publish across social channels, with occasional travel to capture material.

The role is full-time and based in Dublin, requiring at least 2 years of hands-on experience, comfort with filming/editing, and proficiency in Canva. A driving licence and experience with Meta campaigns are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience across social media and content creation.
• Able to film and edit content using standard tools.
• Comfortable using Canva for visuals and basic design.
• Experience running paid campaigns through Meta is a plus.

Responsibilities

We’re recruiting a Social Media Content Creator to join an established and growing Irish healthcare business based in Dublin.

This is a genuinely hands‑on role for someone who enjoys creating content rather than simply briefing others on what to create.

Around 80% of the role is focused on social media and content creation. You’ll be coming up with ideas, creating and editing content, and managing the process through to scheduling and publishing across social channels.

The role will include:

• Creating engaging social content, including Reels, short‑form video, photography and graphics
• Planning and managing content calendars
• Scheduling and publishing content across social channels
• Visiting other company locations approximately once a month to capture content
• Monitoring engagement, trends and content performance
• Supporting the growth of the company’s social presence
• Ideally setting up and running paid Meta campaigns
• Supporting wider marketing campaigns and projects when required

What we are looking for

• We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience across social media and content creation who can show examples of content they have personally created.
• You should be comfortable filming and editing content, confident using tools such as Canva, and understand what makes engaging social content.
• Experience running paid campaigns through Meta would be a strong advantage.

This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Dublin

A full driving licence is required due to the occasional travel involved in capturing content across company locations.
