Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistics with ability to justify methods and interpret results.
• Advanced Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and strong SQL.
• Experience applying data science to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on ML and AI development from concept to production use.
• Practical experience with LLMs and RAG systems, including prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and deploy predictive models for pricing, matching, and growth.
• Develop LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines.
• Design experiments including A/B tests to inform decisions.
• Analyze funnels and user journeys to improve healthcare job matching.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize CAC, ROAS, and attribution.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards using AWS QuickSight.
