You will ensure documents reflect current legal standards and commercial use cases, while contributing high-quality templates for AI training datasets.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup. Prior experience in contract operations is desirable.

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with contract drafting experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, leases, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with precise contract language.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world use.
• Experience in remote collaboration and autonomous delivery.
• Detail-oriented to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
