Job summary

Fivetran seeks a business-minded Commercial Legal Counsel with about 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating customer agreements across the EMEA region. This is a full-time, remote position based out of our Dublin, Ireland office.

Professional fluency in both English and French is required, as this role will support customers and internal stakeholders across EMEA, including French-speaking markets. Technologies you'll use include AI tools, and you will review, revise, and negotiate

Qualifications

5 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts at high-growth tech companies (SaaS/enterprise).
Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing SaaS/enterprise B2B agreements.
GDPR and EU/UK data privacy compliance.
Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts for the EMEA region.
Act as legal contact on the EMEA commercial team, including training and communications.
Lead development and improvement of contract templates and playbooks.
Collaborate with product to understand impact of updates on customer agreements.
Stay current on SaaS and data privacy trends in EU/UK.
