This is a full-time remote position based out of our Dublin office, requiring fluency in English and French to support customers across EMEA.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating customer agreements.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise B2B contracts and data processing agreements.
- Ability to work independently and partner with regional teams.
- Qualified solicitor admitted to practice in Ireland, England & Wales, or EU jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts for EMEA.
- Serve as legal contact for EMEA enterprise sales team.
- Provide strategic guidance on contracting and process improvements.
- Maintain playbooks for commercial legal team.
- Operationalize templates in contracts management tool.
- Liaise with product team on updates affecting agreements.
- Develop best practices for contract lifecycle management.
- Stay updated on EU/UK data privacy and SaaS trends.
- Take on special projects as needed.
