Alignerr is seeking chemistry experts for a fully remote AI data trainer role. The position offers flexibility with a 10–40 hour weekly commitment and an hourly contract. You will design and evaluate chemistry problems to advance AI reasoning and contribute to benchmark development across chemistry subfields.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Chemistry or related field, are self-motivated, and can work asynchronously. Prior AI data annotation experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving across advanced chemistry domains.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously.

Responsabilités

• Design challenging chemistry problems to test AI performance.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions showing rigorous reasoning.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and depth.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergrad to Master’s topics.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs.
