Job summary

Accountancy Solutions is seeking a Billing Specialist in Ireland to join a fast-paced finance function. You will work closely with the Financial Controller on the full billing cycle, from issuing client bills to collection and allocation of payments, and support month-end processes.

The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office time as needed, and requires excellent English communication, attention to detail, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy finance function.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Issue client bills and manage collection and allocation of payments.
• Deal with debtor queries and resolve statements.
• Prepare month-end reporting and close processes.
• Manage bank accounts and reconcile statements.
• Perform credit control activities.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as required.
