Job summary

HR Buddy Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage bill verification, resolve exceptions, and optimize settlement workflows in a remote-friendly Ireland role. You will monitor compliance and provide data-driven insights to improve cash flow and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with professional certifications, and has experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) plus strong Excel and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Professional Certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Solid understanding of AR and revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

• Bill verification and exception resolution to accelerate receivables recovery.
• Diagnose settlement bottlenecks and advocate system upgrades.
• Monitor terms and documents to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Coordinate across business and tech teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Generate settlement analytics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Track aging and implement strategies to optimize recovery and liquidity.
