Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering with a Ireland-based team to recruit an Automation QA Lead (Betting). This role drives QA strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration across the software lifecycle.

You will mentor QA professionals and champion shift-left testing in a fast-paced betting and lottery tech environment. Fully remote options within Europe are available, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role with a strong automation focus.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and Agile/DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve QA standards, frameworks, processes, and best practices aligned with Agile and DevOps.
• Define and implement automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
• Monitor automation coverage and quality metrics, reporting to stakeholders.
• Embed quality practices across Agile ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing into pipelines.
• Mentor QA staff and allocate resources across projects.
