Job summary

Mercor is seeking a remote Arabic expert on a contract basis to run QA on CX interactions. You will complete test calls, review calls for accuracy and tone, and provide actionable feedback to improve user experience. Immediate start is requested, with strong audio and communication skills.

Native Arabic speaker with data annotation experience and the ability to call EU/UK/US numbers is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with strong language skills.
• Experience in data annotation or labeling.
• Ability to place calls to EU/UK/US numbers with clear audio.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent following provided prompts.
• Conduct 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, and clarity.
• Provide written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
• Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations.
