Job summary

Tether Ltd. is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation. This is a hands‑on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap and collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Experience with AI coding tools or agents and validating outputs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging.
• Clear English communication in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for the team.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows for failures and fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity and performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows.
• Prioritize improvements with teams and measure impact and costs.
