Job summary

FRS Recruitment is assisting a pharmacy in Ireland to hire a Relief Support Pharmacist for Westmeath and Laois, working 2 days and 1 day per week respectively. The role involves dispensing, patient advice, team leadership and service delivery, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Relief Support Pharmacist - Westmeath/Laois

Seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in Westmeath (2 days per week) and Laois (1 day per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide expert patient advice
• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland standards
• Lead, supervise and develop the pharmacy team
• Manage day-to-day dispensary and store operations
• Deliver pharmacy services including vaccinations, health screening and common conditions services where applicable

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
• Minimum 1 year's community pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent customer and patient care focus
