AA Euro Recruitment UK is seeking Relief Healthcare Assistants to support residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities in Monaghan and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred support to residents, helping maintain independence, dignity and quality of life across shifts.
This role offers flexible relief opportunities across services, with Garda vetting required and three written references requested.
Formación
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification is required.
- Experience with adults with challenging behaviours is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsabilidades
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents in a residential setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.
- Support residents with personal care, where required.
- Help residents participate in social, recreational and community activities.
- Assist with implementing individual care and support plans.
- Support individuals with challenging behaviours in a calm, respectful manner.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
