Job summary

AA Euro Recruitment UK is recruiting dedicated HealthCare Assistants for residential settings in Meath and surrounding areas, focusing on Intellectual Disability services. You will work in person-centered roles supporting clients with daily living, health, and personal care needs.

Essential requirements include Healthcare qualification Level 5, a minimum of 6 months experience with adults who exhibit challenging behaviour, and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• We require a Healthcare qualification Level 5.
• Min 6 months experience working with adults with challenging behaviour.
• Eligible to work in Ireland (only candidates with a current work visa will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement a person-centered approach for Clients appropriate to their wishes and goals.
• Promote and protect the rights of people with dignity, their right to make choices and their privacy.
• Ensure the overall wellbeing of clients in all areas of their lives including health and personal care.
• Assist in the teaching of life skills.
