Job summary

Centric Health is seeking a General Practice Nurse relief for the East Coast with on-site roles across Newbridge and surrounding clinics in Ireland. The role focuses on clinical nursing, health promotion, and screening within GP practices, with emphasis on patient-first care and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with NMBI, experienced in phlebotomy, and capable of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with the NMBI.
• Experience in Phlebotomy.
• At least 2 years post-graduate nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Flexible attitude to changing work practices.

Responsibilities

• Immunisation: vaccinate infants, children, Covid, flu and others.
• Chronic Disease Management: ECG, phlebotomy, lifestyle questionnaire, cholesterol testing, dietary advice, nursing management.
