The Care Worker will work in conjunction with the Residential Service Manager, and Team Leaders in the delivery of a quality client focused service. They will deliver a service users focused service, to individuals who have intellectual disability, autism, physical disabilities & complex health needs in a person centered children's residential service. Implementing and ensuring HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer focused service.
