We are hiring three Relationship Managers to support clients across Ireland, Spain and Italy. These roles combine relationship management, investment education and market insight, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career within an established international investment business.

The Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, becoming their trusted point of contact for investment-related queries, market developments and portfolio updates. Working closely with investment specialists, research teams and trading professionals, you will help clients understand the thinking behind investment decisions and provide a consistently high standard of service.

This is a relationship-focused position for someone who enjoys working with clients, has a genuine interest in financial markets and can communicate complex investment concepts with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients.
• Provide proactive updates on financial markets, investment strategy, portfolio positioning and relevant developments.
• Help clients understand the rationale behind portfolio changes and the firm's investment philosophy.
• Act as the key link between clients and internal investment, research, trading and client service teams.
• Build trust through regular communication, personalised service and a strong understanding of individual client needs.
• Develop your expertise in global financial markets through structured training and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years' experience working with private clients in private banking, wealth management or a similar financial services environment.
• A strong interest in investments, financial markets and global economic developments.
• The ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build relationships with a diverse client base.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a client-first mindset.
• The ability to remain composed, empathetic and professional across changing market conditions.
• QFA qualification, or currently working towards it, is preferred for the Ireland position.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential for the Spain-focused role, and fluency in Italian is essential for the Italy-focused role. Strong English communication skills are also required.
