Job summary

Smartedge Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting expertise for a Dublin-based role with hybrid working. The candidate will bridge Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology and Vendor teams to deliver accurate reporting and governance outputs.

The role requires strong analysis, requirements management and excellent documentation, reporting and presentation capabilities, with experience in FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG and Pillar 3 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting environments (FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG, Pillar 3).
• Extensive business analysis and requirements management experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting solutions like Axiom/Nasdaq.
• Experience managing change portfolios, delivery backlogs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology and Vendor teams.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and document outputs.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting and presentations for governance bodies.

Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their BA with Regulatory Reporting @ Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid Working)

Key area:

• Strong experience in Regulatory Reporting environments (FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG, Statistical Reporting, Pillar 3).
• Extensive Business Analysis and Requirements Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Axiom/Nasdaq regulatory reporting solutions.
• Experience managing change portfolios, delivery backlogs, and project governance.
• Knowledge of supplier management, third-party risk frameworks, and operational governance.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Visio.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work across Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology, and Vendor teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC, SIT, UAT/BAT, and post-implementation review processes.
