Job summary

Northern Trust, based in Limerick, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to join the Fund Administration Division. You will help provide oversight on regulatory solutions across Europe and collaborate with international teams in a flexible, hybrid environment.

The role offers exposure to cross-location projects, interaction with regulators and clients, and opportunities to enhance regulatory reporting capabilities while maintaining high-quality output within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services/Asset Servicing is desirable.
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations is desirable.
• Ability to build strong relationships with external clients.
• Self-motivated, innovative and analytical.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team on the provision of daily and periodic regulatory reporting solutions.
• Engage with clients, internal departments, Regulators and Relationship Management on queries.
• Assist Business Analysts with building solutions to fulfil new reporting obligations.
• Respond to queries on Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Cross-train partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
• Promote relationships with teams in Manila providing support.
• Contribute to operational efficiencies and process improvements.
