Job summary

RECRUITERS in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland, seeks a Finance and Compliance Administrator to assist with regulatory reporting, data analysis and compliance within the Finance team.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining Excel-based reports and interpreting EU regulations affecting the business and its members. You will liaise with suppliers and support the year-end audit, while handling ad hoc finance projects and Health & Safety administration.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with VLOOKUP experience.
• Experience in a Finance Department.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret legislation, regulations and reporting guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and developing the company's regulatory reporting function.
• Research and interpret EU regulations, legislation and reporting guidelines for impact on the business and its members.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports to analyse data for regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain information for statutory and regulatory reports.
• Assist with the year-end audit process and support the Finance Department.
• Undertake ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks.
• Support day-to-day Health & Safety administration, including maintaining training records.
