Job summary

Revolut in Dublin is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to identify obligations, assess risks, and propose controls within the 2LoD. You will design testing programmes, conduct assurance reviews, and drive remediation efforts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of EU regulations, French language, and experience with data interrogation to derive actionable insights for enhancing the control environment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in retail banking, fintech, Big 4 or regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of quality control or internal/external audit in compliance.
  • Strong understanding of 2LoD and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the compliance testing and QA programme.
  • Conduct assurance reviews and testing using data analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regulatory adherence and standards.
  • Manage remediation and testing findings with documentation and training.
  • Lead multiple concurrent reviews and report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Promote robust risk controls and clear communication of risk findings.

About The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to identify regulatory obligations, review associated risks, and suggest controls to mitigate these risks. You’ll be conducting testing in a dynamic, digital, and data-driven environment within the 2LoD.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of the compliance testing and quality control programme
  • Completing assurance reviews and testing activities, leveraging skills in advanced data analytics
  • Contributing to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, and/or training
  • Driving execution of multiple concurrent reviews, local or multi-jurisdictional, including subsequent management reporting on outcomes and findings
  • Challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processes
  • Using data analytics to identify actionable insights, which result in material enhancements to the control environment
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in a retail bank, fintech, Big 4, or regulatory body
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or internal/external audit, focusing on compliance
  • Good knowledge of French and EU regulatory compliance regulations
  • Familiarity with monitoring and testing
  • Experience interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insights
  • A solid understanding of regulatory compliance controls (2LoD) and best practices
  • A results-driven, pragmatic, and detail-oriented approach
  • Great problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • The ability to explain complex things very easily
  • Expertise in managing and implementing policies and procedures
Nice to have
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data analytics tools
