Job summary

The Role

The Regular Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth in Oxfam Ireland’s regular giving programme by leading a multi ‑ channel acquisition and retention strategy across. First Engagement (face ‑ to ‑ face two ‑ step), Telemarketing, Digital Advertising, and third ‑ party agency partners. This role is accountable for converting fundraising leads, acquiring new committed supporters, and ensuring engagement, retention, and increasing, the lifetime value of our committed and loyal regular giving supporters.

Essential Criteria
  • Strong understanding of fundraising and marketing strategy, segment‑led fundraising and marketing and donor/customer relationship management in a non‑profit or commercial context.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework related to fundraising in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • Experience in management of agency contracts and third‑party vendors.
