Oxfam Ireland is seeking a Door-to-Door Fundraiser to engage and recruit supporters for regular donations, helping communities affected by poverty, conflict and climate change worldwide. You will be the public face of Oxfam Ireland, contributing to fundraising, advocacy and campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a global NGO network.

What We Offer

• Earn up to €19.76 per hour
• Start on €14.15 per hour during your 20-shift paid training programme, then progress to €16.09 per hour, rising to €16.94 per hour on successful completion of probation
• Performance-related pay and progression opportunities:
• Team Leader and Senior Team Leader rising to €19.76 per hour.
• Full-time and part-time roles available.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Comprehensive training, coaching and leadership development.
