Job summary

Nuvo Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) for 1:1 nursing care in a client's home in Tipperary. The role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based care while supporting bowel care and catheterisation in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will be actively registered with NMBI, with excellent communication, clinical and assessment skills and a compassionate, reliable approach to care. Flexible part-time hours are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMBI registration.
• Experience in bowel care is essential.
• Catheterisation experience is desirable.
• Community nursing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication, clinical and assessment skills.
• Compassionate, professional and reliable approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in the client's home.
• Provide bowel care and catheterisation in accordance with best practice.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Work closely with the client, their family and the clinical support team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Practice within the NMBI Scope of Practice and Code of Professional Conduct.

Shifts: Monday to Sunday (Flexible Days Available)

Generous Starting bonus

Shift Times

• Morning: 8:00am – 10:00am
• Evening: 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rates

• €33.12 per hour – Morning shifts
• €35.72 per hour – Evening shifts
• €37.26 per hour – Sunday morning shifts
• €39.85 per hour – Sunday evening shifts

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for an adult in their own home in Tipperary.
