Job summary

The Q Cafe Company Limited is seeking a Regional Support Chef Manager to oversee kitchens across Limerick, Clare and Galway. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive annual salary and the chance to drive culinary excellence across West Ireland.

You'll supervise kitchen and service staff, manage menus and budgets, and ensure HACCP and health and safety compliance. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in diverse culinary environments.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and cuisines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Regional Support Chef Manager to assist in the running of units in the West of Ireland (Limerick/Clare/Galway), working five over seven days, daytime hours, 40 hours a week. You will provide culinary expertise and support to various units during staff shortages or peak periods. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of kitchens and maintain high standards of food preparation and service.

Can you?

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
