Job summary

Synergy-Security in Dublin is seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager to join our senior management team. You will oversee operations across nationwide finance sector accounts, coordinate client engagements, and lead security teams onsite in Dublin.

The role emphasizes delivering robust security procedures, KPI and SLA management, and ongoing professional development. A full clean driving licence is required, and proficiency with Google and Microsoft tools is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management/supervisory roles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
Proficient in Google & Microsoft suite and other relevant software.
