Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to establish and scale safety programs for new data center sites across EMEA, based in Dublin or London with travel across the region.

You will build safety frameworks, onboard GCs, conduct risk assessments, and drive incident management and reporting to enable rapid, safe growth while aligning with AWS standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to generate and present reports.
• Experience in compliance, audit or risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the EMEA Construction Safety Framework for new sites and regions.
• Create GC safety onboarding pipeline and ensure onboarding to AWS safety standards.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and training programs aligned with local regulations.
• Conduct CRA inspections and H&S audits across active DCPD projects.
• Own incident management and RCA quality with timely corrective actions.
• Deliver WBR/MBR reporting with trend analysis for leadership.
