Job summary

Winthrop Technologies in Dublin is seeking a Regional Planning Manager to lead planning across multiple data centre projects within a region. You will drive master programmes, governance, and project controls, coordinating with directors and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in construction planning, with experience in mission-critical environments, strong leadership, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in construction planning, including multi-project leadership.
• Experience in mission-critical, data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing planning teams in regional/multi-project settings.
• Advanced proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject).
• Strong understanding of project controls, earned value management, risk analysis, and schedule governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across a regional portfolio of projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and oversee bid programmes to support tender submissions across regional opportunities.
• Establish and govern master programme standards, controls procedures and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Project Directors and Regional Directors to implement planning strategies and recovery plans.
• Provide strategic planning support throughout the project lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Review schedules, progress, risks, and resource requirements to drive delivery.
• Lead regional programme reviews and present updates to senior leadership.
