Job summary

Positive Futures in Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service Managers who run several services for people with a learning disability, brain injury, or autism. You’ll set direction, drive improvements and ensure high quality, compliant services across a wide area.

You’ll shape planning and policy, lead change projects, manage budgets and risk, and deputise for the Operations Director as needed. Regular travel across the island is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Managers who run multiple services across a region.
• Set direction, monitor quality, compliance and finances for services.
• Coach and develop managers, support corporate planning and policy.
• Oversee budgets, cost centres and act on HIQA, HSE, TUSLA findings.
