Job summary

Early Childhood Ireland is seeking a qualified early years education professional with strong people management skills to lead governance and Tusla compliance from January 2027 onwards. The role includes ensuring KPI targets are met and supporting PICs in their roles to drive growth for the company.

The successful candidate must have a full clean driving licence, proof of qualifications and extensive management experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold qualifications and a full clean driving licence.
• Experience in management with an understanding of developing and achieving KPI targets.
• Knowledge of governance and Tusla compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting PICs and growth initiatives within early years settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management support to PICs and HR.
• Ensure compliance with Tusla and governance standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and targets for service delivery.
• Cover relief work across locations as required by PICs.
