Job summary

Atlas HXM is seeking an Employee Relationship Consultant to join our global HR operations team. This role delivers high-quality HR support across a defined region, handling complex cases, ensuring compliance, and guiding employee lifecycle initiatives.

You will collaborate with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits and Legal to resolve issues, apply regional employment practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR operations experience, including multi-country support.
• Experience handling complex HR cases or escalations.
• Strong knowledge of regional employment practices and compliance basics.
• Proficiency with HR systems and case management tools.
• Professional working proficiency in the primary language(s) of the supported region.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HR support across a defined region, focusing on complex case management and compliance guidance.
• Partner with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits and Legal teams to resolve HR issues timely and accurately.
• Apply local employment laws and internal policies to guidance and audits.
• Support regional HR programs and drive process improvements.
