Job summary

Connected Health, a leading homecare provider in Ireland, is seeking a Homecare Service Manager to oversee operations across Mayo and adjacent regions. You will report to the Managing Director and ensure compliance, service delivery, and performance across multiple teams.

The role is hands-on, focusing on building local teams, maintaining service continuity, and aligning field delivery with broader organisational goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in a senior operational leadership role within homecare, domiciliary care or a regulated health & social care service.
• Proven track record leading multi-site teams and driving service quality within a compliance-led environment.
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience mentoring Client Care Managers and coordination teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Service Delivery Oversight across the region, ensuring compliance with HSE SOP timelines and client onboarding.
• Governance, compliance & quality management, supporting the Clinical Governance Lead and regional reviews of complaints and safeguarding.
• KPI management and operational reporting to drive continuous improvement and regional performance reviews.
• Interdepartmental collaboration with HQ support functions to drive business improvement and contingency planning.
