Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Regional EHS Manager to lead health, safety and environmental standards across Europe, with a strong emphasis on travel to Portugal, Scandinavia and wider Europe.

The role combines strategic development of EHS frameworks with hands-on site coaching, audits, and risk assessments across multiple international sites, reporting to the COO. A relevant degree and professional qualification are preferred, with NEBOSH or equivalent highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aggregates, quarrying, tarmac, reinforced concrete frames or precast concrete sectors.
• Knowledge of temporary works and risks in batching/manufacturing operations.
• A relevant degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• NEBOSH, CMIOSH, CSP, CIH or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, auditing, inspections and risk assessment.

Are you an experienced EHS professional from the aggregates, quarrying, tarmac, reinforced concrete frames or precast concrete industry?

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist concrete business delivering mobile batching and on-site manufacturing solutions across major construction and infrastructure projects.The position offers a genuine blank canvas to develop the company's EHS standards, systems and working practices across its European operations.

This is a 100% mobile, travel-intensive position, primarily supporting operations across Portugal and Scandinavia.The successful candidate may alternatively be based from the company's UK or Ireland when not travelling but must be able to travel internationally without restriction.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on site engagement.You will work closely with operational teams, building strong relationships and coaching employees to establish a proactive and consistent EHS culture.
