Job summary

Kellanova in Ireland is seeking a Digital Workplace Lead to shape how employees connect, collaborate and work through technology. Based in Dublin on a hybrid schedule, you will guide Digital Workplace delivery for the region, partnering with local and global teams to create simple, secure digital experiences for staff.

You will drive adoption of Microsoft 365, End User Computing and collaboration technologies, focusing on Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and meeting-room solutions to support hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience leading Digital Workplace initiatives in a complex regional or global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• Experience managing end-user devices and workplace technology support.
• Proven ability to drive technology adoption and change.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Digital Workplace initiatives, prioritise workstreams and deliver secure, effective technology experiences for employees and business needs.
• Develop digital capability and guide employees through technology change.
• Drive continuous improvement of end-user devices and services through reviews and escalation management.
• Enhance collaboration and productivity via Teams, meeting-room tech, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Build strong partnerships with regional leadership, HR, Communications and technology teams to improve service delivery.
