Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in the EU.
• Experience working with employees as a line manager/supervisor in any business area.
• Evidence of hands-on operational experience.
• Proven background of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce though others.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the division.
• Delivering training to employees as required.
• Oversee orders of stock to your sites and the monitor usage.
• Motivating site managers, supervisors and staff throughout the area to deliver high quality service.
• Ensuring accuracy of scheduling system and employee compliance with booking procedures and payroll.
