Job summary

Believ seeks a Regional Build Director to own delivery outcomes for its local authority build programme across the North West region. You will translate build-ready sites into installed charge points, leading Senior Programme Managers and cross-functional squads to deliver on time, budget, and quality.

You will report to the Chief Operations Officer, drive regional capability, and ensure seamless handover, commissioning, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-site infrastructure delivery at scale within utilities or CPO sectors.
• Proven track record in managing leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering infrastructure in local authority environments with permitting and streetworks.

Responsibilities

• Own regional delivery performance and lead senior programme managers.
• Oversee site handover, build readiness, and energisation.
• Manage contracts, supply chain, and safety, data & reporting.
