Anderson McQue is seeking a Utilities Refrigeration Technician based in Dublin. This permanent role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment, including chillers and AC units.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade qualification, F-GAS certificate, and 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently within a team.

The utilities refrigeration technician is responsible for executing the preventive and corrective maintenance programme on the site refrigeration equipment. The main role is to carry out servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of Industrial water/air‑cooled chillers and various AC units.
Carry out work as per schedule supplied by the Maintenance Coordinator Planner and as per site policies, schedules and procedures. Troubleshoot problems with utilities refrigeration equipment as necessary and as directed by site supervisors. Complete site documentation before and after work tasks, as per relevant SOP. Liaise with contractors during planned service maintenance. Participate in appropriate training and ensure that the ITP meets the site requirements. Carry out risk assessment of equipment maintenance task list steps and keep these valid. Update MTL’s as appropriate to keep them relevant to site needs and to meet findings from periodic reviews. Carry out periodic reviews of EWI/SOP to ensure documents are always current and valid. All work on site is carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and company EHS rules and guidelines.
