Job summary

Harper Finley in Dublin is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to service, maintain, fault-find and install systems across commercial environments, with travel to client sites.

The role includes on-call duties, installation and testing, and reporting. Candidates should hold a refrigeration and A/C qualification with F-Gas, a valid driving licence, and the ability to work independently; data centre exposure is a plus. Excellent earning potential and travel-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Qualified in refrigeration and air conditioning with F-Gas certification.
• Commercial refrigeration/air conditioning experience required.
• Ability to fault-find and work independently.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel and be on-call.
• Data centre experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Dublin / Leinster, with travel to client sites
The role
You will carry out service, maintenance, fault finding and installation work across refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The workload will vary between reactive call-outs, planned maintenance and installation projects.

• Diagnose faults and carry out planned maintenance.

• Respond to breakdowns and take part in the on-call rota.
• Complete service reports and keep clients and the office updated.

What we are looking for

• A recognised refrigeration and air conditioning qualification and relevant F-Gas certification.
• Commercial refrigeration and air conditioning experience.
• Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full driving licence and flexibility for travel and on-call duties.
• Reliable, hardworking and open to feedback.
• Data centre experience is an advantage.
