KPMG Ireland is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruitment Specialist based in Dublin, working in our hybrid model (three days in the office per week). You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and recruit top talent across diverse teams, using modern tools, AI and data insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in experienced-hire hiring.
• Strong relationship building with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing through multiple channels and data-driven recruitment insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting and networks.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for specialist roles and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Shortlist, interview, and negotiate offers while maintaining a high candidate experience.
• Use data and AI tools to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and quality of hire.

Based in our brand-new Harcourt Square office (which will bring approximately 3000 people under one roof) you’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders from across KPMG Ireland, building relationships and recruiting talent for business leaders across a wide variety of teams and specialisms.

• Our talent acquisition/recruitment specialists typically join KPMG Ireland with 3–5 years' previous recruitment experience, often gained within a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house environment.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, taking ownership of multiple vacancies and maintaining momentum throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, talent mapping, professional networks, referrals, employer branding campaigns and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Building proactive talent pipelines for specialist and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Developing a strong understanding of the business areas you support, their talent requirements and the external candidate market.
• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing recruitment advice, constructive challenge and relevant market insight.
• Shortlisting applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, managing candidate feedback and preparing and negotiating job offers.
• Delivering a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
• Using recruitment data and market insight to identify trends, support stakeholder conversations and continuously improve recruitment outcomes, including time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire.
• Using technology and AI responsibly to enhance sourcing, productivity, candidate engagement, recruitment insight and overall effectiveness.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate repetitive activities and helping to develop more efficient ways of working.
• Contributing to recruitment, talent and wider firm projects, presentations and initiatives alongside day-to-day recruitment responsibilities.
• Sharing knowledge, ideas and effective working practices with colleagues and contributing positively to the continued development of the recruitment team.

Your team:

The KPMG Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 14 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity including; experienced hiring, college recruitment and global opportunities.
