Job summary

Source & Supply Logistics is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to manage end-to-end receiving processes, verify quantities, and log any variances. You will maintain WMS accuracy, update stock locations, and support IT with WMS queries.

The role involves handling customer inquiries and coordinating with finance for invoicing, while upholding health & safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain and logistics/warehousing, proficiency with SAP/Oracle, and relevant

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and logistics/warehousing.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and MS Office.
• Forklift/Reach Truck/Power Pallet certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, check against packing slips and invoices, and log variances.
• Maintain WMS data accuracy and update stock locations.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
• Record health and safety incidents and support H&S initiatives.
• Coordinate invoicing data with the finance team and ensure timely reporting.
