Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage goods in and out, maintain stock accuracy, and support on-site service delivery to customers.

You will operate a computerised WMS and ERP/SAP tools, perform regular cycle counts, assist with parts distribution, and uphold safety, quality and timely order fulfilment.

This role also requires a full driving licence and willingness to undertake related duties to help meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ability and computer skills (including Microsoft Office, Excel).

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Problem solving aptitude.

We are looking for a capable Inventory Specialist to work closely with management and cross functional teams within the organisation to help with goods in/out activities, management of critical stock items, provision of on-site services, and product distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving to include checking, counting, and put-away of stock.
• Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and order turnaround times.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols.
