Job summary

Fortis Recruitment partners with a global private investment firm specialising in Real Estate funds, offering a board-level role with training from senior leadership and broad exposure to fund operations.

The role covers monthly performance reporting, capital calls, liquidity management, and reporting to group and local boards. ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 2-3 years PQE and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with 2-3 years PQE.
• Ability to take additional tasks and responsibilities to learn and develop career.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be a key component of a small team that supports the day to day management of fund operations.
• Production, reconciliation and analysis of monthly and financial operational performance.
• Oversight of fund performance against KPIs.
• Capital calls, capital distributions and liquidity management.
• Providing reporting to Corporate Functions, Group and local boards.
• Liaise with external auditors and third party administrators.
• Oversight and management of Portfolio Management system.
• Support transactions for new investments.
• Oversee NAV process (daily/weekly/monthly) and SPVs.
